The National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) Program in Western Australia is covered by three regional areas.
Regional officers offer information, coordination and referral services for people with disability who are interested in, or enrolled in, post-school education and training.
Perth WA coordinator

Alex Murphy has extensive experience in managing aged care, youth services, family and children’s services, mental health and disability in WA, Canberra and New Zealand. He has worked in both the government and the non-government sectors. Alex was appointed to the position of NDCO for the central regions of WA in August 2011.
Northern WA coordinator

Kristie brings over 15 years of experience working with youth, disability and community services. Kristie has completed studies in Community Services, Communications and Mental Health. Kristie has worked as a Local Area Coordinator with Disability Services Commission and in the role of Disability Support Coordinator with North Regional TAFE. Kristie commenced employment as NDCO Northern Region in April 2018.

Telka Elliott brings over 10 years of experience working with people with disability. Telka has worked within Disability Accommodation and Respite Services and more recently in the role of Site Manager for a Disability Employment Service. Telka commenced employment as NDCO Northern Region in August 2018 and will be working alongside Kristie.

Dale Arthur spent the first twenty seven years of his working life as a church minister and was located in Ireland, United Kingdom, Scandinavia, West Africa, Western Australia and Canberra. Prior to taking up the NDCO appointment Dale worked in the disability field with CRS Australia. Dale has a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, a Masters in Religion and Social Science and has also completed post graduate studies in Psychotherapy. Dale joined the NDCO program at Edge in September 2010.
