Kirsty has spent the last 5 years in the Disability Employment Sector working as a Job Co-ordinator and an Employment Consultant. She has assisted in implementing programs for youth with their transition from secondary school into further employment. Kirsty was appointed NDCO in September 2019.
Southern WA Coordinator

Bernard has extensive experience working & mentoring in youth services, family and children’s services, and Indigenous Employment in WA & the NT. He has also worked in Job Active, VTEC and the Community Development Program in remote communities in the NT. Bernard was appointed to the position of NDCO for the Southern region of WA in November 2019.

Wilton has worked across Perth, Sydney, and the UK in a range of different sectors within communities including; local government, disability, mental health, tertiary education, and youth crisis. Wilton brings specialist knowledge in asset-based community development, inclusion, and social role valorisation, meaning that all initiatives encompass the individual, the stakeholder, and the community in a sustainable manner.
